We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Customers in Phillipines get a special shipping price.

The shipping price and delivery schedule are as per Bluedart and DHL*.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full grams.

When you place chosen products that you want to purchase, the site gives a Shipping Cost Estimation within the Shopping cart. This charge gets added to the Product Price at the final stage of check and you can review before you pay the total amount via Paypal for International Customers and via ATOM/Paytm for Domestic Customers.

Local orders are to a minimum of USD 20

All local deliveries (Pasay) will be subject to $2 Shipping & handling charges

Important notice for customers –

The product does not includes tax when the product send to your country, the shipping company will contact you for custom clearance & import tax through email.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDER

Filipino nuts reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Filipino is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Filipino Retail policy, or for any other reason.
 

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

The products purchased are usually delivered via a courier agent. Inspect your order do not accept an order if box/Container is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately. Filipino nuts team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed time. 
 

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY-

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

  • Products prearranged for delivery on COD basis are shipped only upon confirmation of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive of the goods.

  • Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.

  • Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be specially ordered.

  • Items that are in transit through different regionsof Philippines or different countryrequiring special entry permits or other taxes such as in Regions( central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Western Visayas etc..) whereas in other countries such as (Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia etc..) Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation in case of regions &countries.

 

DELAYS IN SHIPPING

On event, we may experience an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Filipino nuts team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
 

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is Air Courier. You may expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Ground Shipping: Bulk orders are shipped by ground service. You may expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Products with an 'International' label which are exported outside Philippines and are delivered in 10-15 business days.

  • In case return of order from another country, you might be asked to submit a valid government id proof.

 

IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME -

If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
In the case of COD orders our courier will make one to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. Filipino reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED–

In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged,Check the packing and do not take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If any basis you are unable to reject accept the product from the courier, inform Customer service you must email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will ship out a replacement.
